CSS to be Featured in UCONN Session in October
Civic Safeguard Strategies has been invited back to the University of Connecticut (UCONN), this time to the Public Service Executive Leadership Collaborative (PSELC) in Stamford, CT on October 23, 2026.
The session will focus on how nonprofit and local government officials are increasingly navigating operating environments that shift faster than their internal systems were built to handle. This session will walk participants through recognizing early warning signs and mapping their shared ecosystem. Then, they use scenario planning to explore what different plausible futures could mean for various stakeholders and their organizations. From there, participants practice making real-life decisions in response to the futures they mapped out.
